Description:
A slender young male at 5'11", 148 lbs, Javel has Oculocutaneous albinism, which effects his eyes, skin, and hair causing him to have white hair, crimson eyes, and pallid skin. It is believed this is a product of his abilities. He usually keeps his hair at a medium length so that it's not too short, but never long enough to hinder his vision.
Personality:
quiet, keeps to himself and thus doesn't go out of his way to garner attention. He tends to appear intelligent, but isn't always that hard of a worker.
Abilities:
Cryokinesis: can create and manipulate ice, as such his body temperature is lower than that of a regular human being.
level of mastery: Journeyman (can manipulate only enough to fill his dorm room.)
Thermal Manipulation: used only to cool water down enough to create his ice.
Hydrokinesis: Can manipulate water much in the way he can manipulate ice, however he cannot create water. (same as the cryokinesis)
Dorm Description:
Messy, it seems to be painted in a mixture of blues and whites with assorted images of snow covered mountains and winter landscapes on the walls. There is a single window, right above his work desk which is normally covered in a thick layer of ice, save for when it's winter. There is a drip pan beneath the window, on the desk, to prevent the melting ice from damaging the desk or the floor. A single mattress on a steel frame is slightly sloped due to the changing temperature in the room. This mattress is on the opposite side of the room from the desk with the middle holding an old desktop computer from the 90s that he tries to get to work again...but is horrible with computers.
Family History:
Father is a Tech company CFO, mother was a programmer for said company. Shortly after his birth, he was put up for adoption and his mother disappeared. He doesn't talk much about either his mother or father as all he knew of them was that they worked for some company. Otherwise, he considers himself to be the son of a gardener. The gardener was a kindly old woman who raised him until her death when he was 14, leaving him to be sent to Kumorai for an education.

cold, swimming, food (one of few things that gets him to open up), Winter, rain.
